“We just moved into a new home and I need help with placing the existing furniture in our new living room. The furniture consists of a sofa 240x90 cm and armchair 80x110 cm, a couple of stools 50x50 cm each, a coffee table 120x80cm and a low rack 240x45 cm. We also have a rectangular 6 seater dining set 180x90 cm. I’ve attached a floor plan sketch of the living room. What would be the ideal furniture sizes and placement when it comes to buy new one?”

At Felix Meritis, the monumental 'Zuilenzaal' was transformed into a mirrored universe to reflect and intensify its grandeur. There could not have been more contrast with the new location at Herengracht 178, a serene completely white space.
