ADVICE

"Hello everyone! I am about to paint my new apartment. I need your help with choosing a colour to paint the wall behind the bed in my bedroom. I attach pictures of the bed, the bedside tables and the chest of drawers and wardrobe I have already in the room (the wardrobe is opposite the bed). I was wondering if olive green gray is a good colour selection. Thanks in advance".

DESIGN

Carlo Dal Bianco reimagined a table conceived in 1968 by designers Arne Jacobsen, Bruno Mathsonn and mathematicial Piet Hein. The latter created a new shape for this piece, somewhere between an ellipse and a rectangle, and called it a superellipse. The work of the architect and designer Carlo Dal Bianco seeks to integrate mosaic within this design icon without altering its form or its section. He therefore thought of inserting within the table surface a design that did not imitate its geometry and by using the logo of the studio he added, within a hint of ambition, his signature as the fourth designer.

DESIGN

• The coffee table Bordus / Designer Ola Giertz . It is a "twisted" coffee table with two sides pointing in different directions. The inspiration came from the different angles that you can see in Stealth aircrafts, making it difficult for radars to detect the aircrafts effectively. Materials: Solid ash joined together in a dovetail with walnut-pieces.
