Materials and tools:
- A metal tin.
- pendant light kit (cord set).
- 40 to 50 colouring pencils.
- PVA glue.
- A brush to spread the glue.
- A strong knife to open a hole at the bottom of the tin.
Step 1: Use a strong and durable knife to open a hole at the bottom of the can (slightly larger than 4 cm). In this hole you'll fit the light-socket.
Step 2: With the brush apply plenty of glue on the outer surface of the container. Wrap around a piece of paper. The wood pencils will glue much easier on the paper surface than on the the metal.
Step 3: Apply glue on the paper. Glue the pencils, one nect to the other.
Step 4: Cover the whole can with coloured pencils.
Step 5: When dry, pass the lamp-socket through the hole of the metal container. The pendant lamp is ready.
