Bohemian Glass Pioneer creates dazzling signature viewing space
PRAGUE- Lasvit, the Czech Republic glass manufacturer has recently opened a new flagship showroom designed by Marek Deyl and his colleagues from Studio PHA. The new showrrom is located in Holport at Komunardu 32, Prague 7 and is opened Monday through Saturday from 9AM – 6PM.
Visitors of the showroom can expect to view significant works from Lasvit such as:
- LasvitLiquidkristala new architectural glass panel product designed by Ross Lovegrove combines advanced technology and innovation and is on display in the meeting room;
- Hydrogen 4Archwhich is illustrative of the movement of liquid, air bubbles in water, and the fluidity of glass. It delivers lighting in the reception area along with two pendant lamps. Hydrogen 4Arch combines an architectural arrangement of light elements with a special effervescent texture that is illuminated by a series of LEDs reflecting in the adjacent mirror components;
- Lasvit‘sCrystal Wall, a handcrafted crystal art design that embraces the union of Bohemian crystal and light;
- Lighting sculptures such asBubbles in Space,Leaf,IcefallsorUovo d´Oroaccessorize the space along with other Lasvit pieces designed by nendo studio such as thePress Lamp,Inhale Lamp,Growing Vases,OverflowandInnerblowtables and a trophy made by Lasvit.
The complete showroom space is finished in black “Bolon“ vinyl flooring, evoking an endless photographic background, supporting continuity and setting the stage for the glass creations.
