Denis Guidone, Italian designer for D3CO, following the success of the Disfatto sofa during the last edition of Milan’s Salone Internazionale del Mobile, reinterprets it with one of the most luxurious and elegant fabrics ever designed: Caravaggio by Fortuny.

Disfatto is a sofa which expresses the original concept of comfort: it has a modifiable shape which effortlessly adapts to our needs, changing its look as time goes by and its colour as the seasons pass. With the new version of Disfatto+Fortuny, D3CO has created a piece that is timeless, yet so up-to-date in its functions: the generously proportioned, soft back rest, upholstered on one side by Fortuny’s Caravaggio, can be positioned and adapted to the contours and functions that we desire our sofa to have. Indeed, thanks to its versatility, Disfatto can be transformed into multiple combinations and can even become a comfortable bed.

And so an extraordinary contemporary object is born, which encompasses the intrinsic value and history of Fortuny fabrics, giving life to a sofa which brings together in perfect harmony the dual concepts of design and tradition.
