"I am about to do a remodel of a room to be shared by my two little girls. Could you give me some inspirational ideas for the room design? Please notice that I would like to keep the existing tile floor. I attach you a dimensional sketch of the room."
Our recommendations:
We have considered the shape and size of your bedroom in order to determine how to proceed with the furniture arrangement. It’s a narrow rectangular shaped room; consequently the furniture placement is as follows.
A twin loft bunk bed with a chest of drawers underneath is running all along one wall. This leaves enough floor space open.
The 4 door wardrobe is placed along the narrow wall of the room at the proper distance from the bed.
Along the wall opposite the bunk beds we suggest two study desks with open shelving above.
On the same wall we paint a small rectangle in chalkboard paint for a fun décor.
We also suggest green and white checked pattern wallpaper to be combined with the balcony door curtains.
