Minimum clearance areas around bathroom fixtures


In order to arrange properly bathroom fixtures you should take into account (apart from the size of the fixtures) the minimum clearance areas that are required around them.

For example the tub requires a minimum of 60cm of free space in front of it, so that it can be easily cleaned. The toilet requires a minimum of 60 cm in front of it and 20 cm on each side so that it can be functional and confortable in use. However, clerarance areas can overlap one another.
