"I am renovating my house which has open plan kitchen living room. I would like your help to build a color scheme in the place, to coordinate floor tile and countertop considering that I have dark beige sofa and coffee table in wenge color. I would like to take into account that I like details in romantic colors, such as pink".

Beige color and wenge can create many harmonic combinations, which depend on the decorating style of your space and your personal color preferences. As you mentioned that you like romantic colors, thus we will suggest these color combinations.

Classic decorating style

If you choose classic decorating style, you should pick pale tones of the off-white palette or green /olive or blue / gray, for the walls or the kitchen cabinetry. You should select stone or synthetic countertop in darker tones of the selected color and tile backsplash in similar shades. Gentle curves and colors, floral patterns on items and fabrics can enhance the romantic atmosphere in your place.

Modern decorating style

If you choose modern decorating style you can move to simple line kitchen cabinets with strong colors, e.g. petrol blue, or brighter colors, such as caramel combined with natural wood.
