Our advice:
Next to the fireplace you can organize the living area. Opt for a corner sofa and hang the TV on the wall. Add 2 or 3 side tables that will also serve as stools.
Behind the living room you can organize the dining area with a round table (diameter= 1,20m) and 6 seats.
In one of the corners, it can be placed a bookcase.
