Stairs of high quality and bold design

DESIGN

dinstictive stair design

A distinctive morphological and functional element of the space, the stair is decisively involved in the organization of space functionally and aesthetically. Latest design trends require inspiration, high quality and advanced manufacturing techniques for this important component of the area.

Eestairs sets the bar high, motivated by passion for good design and quality and the effort is appreciated by its customers.
We feature two magnificent staircases.

Floating Stairs in Barn

An old barn has been completely renovated into a residence keeping as much of the old timberwork and period features as possible.

The design made up a mix of floating treads and fully supported treads with the added challenge of working with an existing barn wall, which leaned heavily away from the stair.

The lower half of the staircase is comprised of solid oak treads and angled risers leading up to a smaller half landing. The upper flight consists again of oak treads, but cantilevered from the wall.

Where required, glass risers were used to ensure compliance with the building codes. EeStairs TransParency 1-04 glass balustrade is capped with a stainless steel handrail. The fasteners supporting the glass are clad in oak, giving the appearance the glass has sliced through the treads.

The result is a modern staircase in a design led renovation; the two complement each other perfectly.

EeSoffit Stairs

2aEeStairs has risen to the challenges to meet marketplace demands for products featuring bold organic forms. Existing methods of manufacturing simply could not provide the curved lines we were after at an affordable cost. After intense research, we discovered new products and advanced manufacturing techniques to achieve our goals.

The structure of a staircase can now appear as a flowing ribbon. Protruding treads further enhance the slim-line look. Balustrades can either match the EeSoffit™ or be something different such as EeStairs® TransParancy or Cells; whichever you desire.
