The floor of the bathroom is covered with ceramic tiles that are slippery. Yet, I don't want neither to remove the tiles nor install another layer of tiles above. I am thinking of installing linoleum. What do you think about this option?
Our opinion:
Installing linoleum flooring in the bathroom is not an uncommon choice. However, you should know that the specific material, is sensitive in moisture and water. Since bathrooms are wet areas, we do not recommend linoleum for the floor.
Yet, linoleum is an advantageous and natural material that can be placed in many other areas of the house (living room, bedroom, etc.)
