PRESENTATIONS
Christmas is one of those holidays that seem to be filled with shine and wonder. Many shop owners seek to hire a professional painter to decorate their store windows. After all, large scenes showcasing Christmas themes, like the famous Santa Claus with the reindeers, look very festive.
Take a look at those custom made display windows, hand painted by Elena Manousaridou, an artist living and working in Greece.

Having successfully opened a temporary store earlier this year, Frame Magazine decided to continue at a new location. i29 interior architects were asked again to design their retail environment. At Felix Meritis, the monumental 'Zuilenzaal' was transformed into a mirrored universe to reflect and intensify its grandeur. There could not have been more contrast with the new location at Herengracht 178, a serene completely white space.

Iconic fashion designer Zandra Rhodes has been involved with many collaborations across many of the continents: UK, USA, Australia and India. Her bold, innovative way of seeing patterns has enabled her to translate her designs very individually onto licenced products of very diverse fields. Zandra Rodhes' inimitable and powerful prints can transform lifestyle products, like duvets and pillowcases into unique art objects.

Last weekend on the15th/16th November we had the opportunity to enjoy architecture tours of monuments and public and private spaces by volunteer architecture students and architects.
